When you place an online pickup order, sign in to your customer loyalty account, or opt in to receive transactional SMS notifications from Fuoco Antico (operated by Bananas Entertainment LLC), we may collect the following personal information:

- SMS Consent & Opt-In Records: Your explicit opt-in consent status, timestamp, and messaging preferences when you check the optional SMS consent checkbox at checkout or request a one-time verification code (OTP).
- Order & Transaction Details: Menu items ordered, special preparation notes, pickup time preferences, loyalty point balances, and order history.
- Payment Information: Payment card transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or CVV security codes on our servers.
- Technical & Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers, and strictly necessary session cookies required to maintain your shopping cart and authentication state.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to operate our restaurant and provide our services to you, including:
- Processing, preparing, and fulfilling your wood-fired pizza and food pickup orders at 815 Chicago St, Green Bay, WI 54301.
- Sending one-time verification codes (OTP) when you explicitly request to sign in to your loyalty account.
- Sending real-time transactional order confirmation, wood-fired oven preparation status, pickup readiness notifications, and two-way customer support replies related to your active order.
- Administering the Fuoco Antico “Sparks” loyalty rewards program.
No Marketing SMS: Fuoco Antico (operated by Bananas Entertainment LLC) sends strictly transactional and customer-support text messages. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
3. Mobile Messaging & SMS Privacy (Strict No-Sharing Policy)
SMS Opt-In Data Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or technical telecommunications delivery, is permitted solely to provide our service. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
If you consent to receive SMS text messages from Fuoco Antico (operated by Bananas Entertainment LLC):
- Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent record are strictly confidential and used only to transmit the transactional messages you consented to receive from Fuoco Antico.
- We never sell, rent, loan, trade, transfer, or lease your mobile phone number or SMS consent status to any third party, affiliate, data broker, or external marketer under any circumstances.
- Consent to receive transactional SMS notifications is completely voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or third-party marketing. 5. Payment Security
Online payments are processed via Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption and PCI-DSS compliant tokenization. When you use Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, or a credit/debit card, your payment credentials are transmitted directly to Stripe.

Our storefront uses strictly necessary first-party cookies and local browser storage to preserve your active order cart, remember your selected pickup window, and keep you signed in to your customer profile.
